Its been 2 weeks. Normally dont take this long... not sure what they having going on. That day the system was down i should've took my gift somewhere esle for postage. But lesson learned now I'm gonng have to repurchase and resend the gift if its not received smh.

I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. Both were curious, easy to understand and went out of their way to ensure my package being delivered that Saturday 10/18/25 like it was supposed to be. 👍👍

I called, they took my address and number--and never called me back. I called 2 days later. They put me on hold and I waited OVER AN HOUR (I wanted to see how long it would take) before someone picked up the phone and asked me who I was waiting for. They took my address and number--and NEVER called me back. Luckily, whoever they delivered it to put it back in the mail and I got it a week after it was marked delivered. On 12/23, I ordered a book my son needed for school. He didn't need it until today so I thought I was going to get it early. It was marked delivered 12/27, but again not to me. I didn't even bother to call this time, I just waited for it to be resent. I FINALLY got it today. Unfortunately, I had to go out and buy one at the bookstore yesterday because he NEEDED it TODAY and it cost 3 times as much! I wish I could give it zero stars!
