They closed for about a year to put in bullet proof glass and it was never the same after that. As the other commenters noted, it is frequently closed during the day when it should be open and it is now so hit or miss that I don't bother coming here anymore and usually use the post office on S. Green or the one on Warrensville. It was nice ending a transaction there though and getting a "God Bless" from the ladies as i walked out the door.

My only objection is that they seem to be a satellite office, so packages (and perhaps letters) mailed there sometimes take an extra day.
