- LHLucy HallJan 5, 20261.0If there were a zero rating, I would leave it. This is the worst PO I have ever dealt with. Today's young female AA carrier was going to leave a large pile of packages three feet near our front door which is completely coated in ice and snow - we cannot even open the door. I went outside and said leave them in the USPS box that is clearly seen at the side door, where there is a clear path that has been plowed and salted. This is not about race, creed or color. These people are utterly clueless. She had the gall to say this isn't my route and to ask me to help her carry them since she didn't use a box and had one. Well, can't you see the doorway is blocked??? The inside office staff are equally as bad. The young, short AA man who works there most days is the most surly, unhelpful, unprofessional person imaginable. There is one good letter carrier, who is a long-time employee and that is it. I go out of my way to not visit this office. I had to go there this past Saturday in an attempt to get a lost package. One person was working the counter on a Saturday after the holiday season. I stood in line and was given a number to call since they cannot seem to do anything for the customers. This location should be shut down and the mail distributed to other post offices like Landerbrook, which is excellent.

The staff does their job and works hard, they take care of people fairly quickly, there are plenty of self-service machines in case you need to buy stamps or envelopes.
