Typical post office experience. Also typical of government employees. Does the bare minimum, couldn't care less, lights are on but no one is home, don't actually want to help you. I hate using this service to ship anything, and I only do if I am forced to. Just use UPS.
Edit: and to top it off.. I was notified by the recipient of the package I was sending that somehow (even though I bubble wrapped it, and the put it in a package with extra bubble wrapping just for safe measure), water got into the package and onto electronic device I was sending, possibly damaging it. So it was most likely mishandled because I put so much extra care into the packaging. I will NEVER use USPS again.

Anytime I drop mail or packages off it is DAYS before I get notified that it was fully shipped out. I have never encountered that with any other usps.
Also- regarding my mailman, half of the time they say they “couldn't deliver mail/package because of an animal” I have cats? and my security footage shows them walking right by my house not even trying. Mine REGULARLY delivers my packages to my neighbor also.

The person who does passport leaves at noon everyday. The front desk woman says sometimes they don't even show up. This is a horrible place to get your passport. Why have appointments on your website when the person goes home at noon and probably paid the whole day.
If I could give it -5 stars I would
