I order a lot from eBay and one eBay user uses this store and each time find that this facility doesn’t scan the items for tracking they only make shipping labels but don’t scan items when they leave or arrive anywhere. They constantly lose packages I’ve had months delays because the person had to make more and resend more packages to us cause your store can’t keep it together and do their job. Fire whoever managers it and hire someone more reliable who will fix the issues and stop losing packages and ensures tracking is done properly

Business is fine, it's the delivery guys who have to blast there horns right into my window at 8am to 930am I thinks it's a way of saying bye to there co workers, I work second shift and it makes it hard to get proper sleep, I will be over to put a complaint in person when they open.

I have lived in brooklyn 26 years. I rarely use the post office here. But sometimes I have no choice. And every time I do, my memory is refreshed as to why I hate going. Through the whole transaction she was on her phone so I wasn't sure at times if she was talking to me or not. She was complaining to someone about her job and about the customers. Talking about how they are going to start laying off downtown team members. Maybe because they dont do there jobs? Maybe because they are to busy talking on the phone? Maybe they are weeding out the useless employees with bad attitudes ? Getting rid of the ones who have the personality of a slug. Whoever is in charge there needs to implement a policy for bidding the use of cell phones at work.
The whole transaction made me nervous about whether my mail would get to its destination.
