- MKMichael KenzigFeb 4, 20261.0Went to check the mail at our p.o. box, completely empty. Checked again at a later date since there was no one to help the first time. Still empty. Went to the desk to ask about missing mail trying to bring up the fact that my box is empty and got brushed off about the po box with the female clerk interrupting asking for ID comes back saying she didnt see anything, so I reiterated we were there about our P.O. Box where the clerk proceeds to claim I hadn't said anything about a p.o. box interrupting me anytime I tried to respond while giving me an attitude. A second clerk who was more respectful about things told us that we were given the wrong P.O. Box and that the one we had for the past several months was null and void and that any mail we had was returned to sender. Not once did anyone try to reach out pr contact us about this because they had assumed we had the right box originally. We are now missing important documents because of this.

He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the situation worse is that he selected a “great” rating for himself on the customer feedback screen without allowing me the opportunity to provide my own honest response. This behavior is misleading and inappropriate. Customer service should be respectful and transparent, and this experience was the complete opposite.
