    I booked a notary appointment a few days in advance for 3 pm and received a confirmation through the online system. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from the store in the morning while I was at work, but no voicemail was left. I tried calling back several times and no one answered. When I arrived at 3 pm, I was told that the notary had already left for the day and had tried to reach me to come in earlier. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. If an appointment slot is offered and confirmed, the notary should be available at that time. Otherwise, those time slots should not be provided. The staff called the notary while I was there and I was told to just come back the next day. This is not acceptable for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I hope the store improves its appointment reliability because this experience was very disappointing.

    Was there for an entire half-day doing 50+ returns for work — the staff are pros, gracious when you need support reconfiguring items into boxes to match Amazon’s wild 1 return-per box-and-label policy, and let me take work calls from my phone. 10/10!

    Once a week I have information faxed from FedEx, the employee Shelly is so kind and professional each time I come. I pick FedEx because she is so helpful.The store number is #2697 the lady name is Shelly and I appalled her work ethic!°. Really great employee... Great job Shelly.
