As soon as I walk in, if she's working, I know she'll invent a new reason to demand extra payment when shipping is already expensive, and there are other shipping companies like FedEx and USPS nearby that never do this. I recommend using those services instead of risking this store.

Tracking didn’t update to show the package was picked up. Gave it a few days since the holidays are hectic for shipping. Called this store after several days and they claimed they didn’t have it anymore. Still no tracking updates after more than three weeks. Package seemingly entered the UPS logistics chain. Ended up filing a claim with UPS.
