  UPDATE 022626: This is the same day I wrote the review below. Im leaving it there for transparency. I just want to make it clear that RHT has been a great place to work at in the past as per my own experience. So, I hope you can understand my disappointment with my previous interaction. However, they responded real quick to this feedback and got back to me right away. We are off to a good start, got a call from the recruiter at Cleveland and was super nice. Here's hoping it stays this way. I will keep you posted. Thank you! ----- END UPDATE 022626 ORIGINAL POST: Zero stars if I could. This used to be a great agency to work for. Back when they were more open and you could just walk up to their office. Now, they are closed off, by appointment only. No longer accepts walk-ins. I applied for two jobs, and no one has called, emailed, texted, nothing. Tried calling in numerous times, all I get is an operator that answers calls for all their offices and all she could do was transfer me. But when she sends me here, all I get is voicemails. After having left two voicemails to two different recruiters, no one has gotten back to me. Three weeks since I applied, two weeks since my first attempt, a week ago my second attempt, and still nothing. I am so dissappinted. They used to be very personal. Someone you can walk up to and shake hands with. This feels so impersonal and unprofessional. Robert Half seems to be Half or less commited these days.

  Poor office administration. Cant even accept walk-ins anymore. They dont even answer calls.

  I got two weeks calling them, just for a interview, and them just passing my call by the whole company without a single response or answer, from the reclutes team, I’m my opinion they just bullshit.

  It was a great experience working with Robert Half for my current role. From beginning to end, they were supportive through the process and followed up after the hiring process. You don’t find too many recruiters these days with that level of dedication to your career! Kudos to Bobby Heller! I would recommend!

  I'm an employer who went through the entire process of providing a background for the position I need filled, even agreed to a higher hourly rate per the agent suggestion. I was to receive documents and a contract via email last Tuesday, it's now the following Monday. I am a stand-alone HR Director with over 24 locations and don't have time for lazy recruiters. This is very disappointing and not the Robert Half I've used many times in the past.
