She doesn’t care to fix anyone’s problems or even try. FedEx is the worst experience ever. If you miss your delivery even after telling them multiple times that you won’t be there to get it, they’ll make you wait two whole days just to be able to pick up in store. I am so upset with this whole experience. Never using FedEx again!

- VSVladyslav ShkliarovSep 22, 20251.0This is terrible service. I'm waiting for a delivery that requires a signature. The courier is supposed to deliver it to me on Friday before 8 pm. I waited at home all day, but no one showed up. When I went to see what was going on, I saw that the courier had arrived at my building, entered the room with the packages, took a photo of the shelves, and said he couldn't find me! I was waiting for him in my apartment, and according to instructions, he was supposed to deliver it to me. The same situation repeated itself the next day. But I kept checking the delivery status, and when I saw that he hadn't found me, I went downstairs and found him near my apartment. When I asked about my delivery, he said he had nothing for me. I went to the FedEx office and asked the employees, and they gave me a number and told me to talk on the phone. I called, gave my address, name, and all my information. A man with a very strong accent said he couldn't help. I also tried to create a Delaware manager account in the app, but it gives me an error message saying the service is currently unavailable and to try again later. I'm very upset with all aspects of this company. They've been wasting my time and fraying my nerves for days, and there's been no result.
