First, I put down a deposit for a simple 5 inch Chenille Letter. Said order was lost, had to call twice and still never got a call back. Finally got in touch with someone via email. Got back to me in a timely manner but did not confirm my order. Got the order back some what fast but only after it sat lost for 2 weeks. if I would had not inquired about it, it would most likely not even been designed and put together. Picked up the order was a damn fine job, but super strange counter guy that creeped me out. Did not even bother to greet me as a customer when I picked up the order. My advice...Order online some place else and you will get your stuff MUCH FASTER!
