Always told to come back in an hour, for some cockamamie excuse: "meetings, supervisor at lunch, supervisor not available, someone will call, and then no one does. Staff are curt, and at times rude. For a federally run organization, this is VERY poorly run and managed. No wonder no one wants to use USPS anymore.
