I spoke to a worker who is supposed to be a supervisor named lashawn she was very rude to me and closed the door in my face. I was trying to file a complaint about the mail carrier who services my area because she constantly putting my mail in my next door neighbor mailbox including my social security card and nothing has been done about this even after I filed a complaint

This post office is by far the WORST ONE I have been to in a long time. I put my mail on hold and they still send it out with the carrier. When I go to ask for it as I have some very important documents that I am waiting for they are very rude and condescending towards us like it's our fault they don't want to work. I never have been rude or anything but kind to these people and have received nothing but disrespect in return. The USPS needs to do better with their offices.

I've been to this location plenty of times, I've never had an issue with the staff. I always smile, say please and thank you, and treat them with basic human decency (as we should to anyone), and the staff here have always reciprocated that kindness! Kindness is a two way street. I'm thankful they make sure my packages are delivered promptly!

Today, two postal workers were unprofessional during my visit to mail a package. When I first arrived, there was a customer who wanted a number of packages mailed out. A clerk by the name of Jackie admonished this customer for coming too close to 6pm and she was not going to serve him if he comes near closing again. Jackie gave me the incorrect form for sending an international package. When I went to the 2nd clerk, she told I didn't have the right form and would have to come back. When I asked to be accommodated, both clerks were dismissive. In fact, Jackie dared me to contact the postal inspector and said nothing would happen regarding her rude behavior. It is unfortunate that persons who are public servants would disgrace the postal service. My mother served admirably for over 30 years and she would have been appalled by my treatment by Jackie and her co-worker.

I had a package on it's way to me with the wrong address on it. I caught the problem before it reached my zip code. I called to see what I can do and ended up going up to the office. Everything matched except for the numbers of the address so I went to the post office for them to hold the package once it comes back since the address didn't exist, and I could come up there with my identification and retrieve the package. The ladies were very dismissive, one took my information like they were going to help me but when the package came back they sent it back to the sender instead of holding it for me, and when I came back up there to get the package they were very dismissive again and couldn't care less. I think pretending like you were going to help me and then doing nothing is worse than just telling me you're not going to do anything. It was a simple fix if they actually cared. It's happened to people I know before and the people at the post office held the package for them to pick up. It's sad, and I hope to never have to do anything with this particular post office again.
