Every employee is nice & helpful except one. A big burly guy with tattoos who ALWAYS has his face in his phone NEVER greets you and seems bothered that you've disturbed his phone time. This man is really very unpleasant and seems to hate being there. Today I went to drop off a package, nobody else is there so I walk up and he snorts and mumbles "I guess you just walk up" REALLY? I held my thoughts, he scanned my package handed my receipt and immediately right back to his phone. Maybe this gentleman shouldn't be forced to work the front counter and should just stay in the back so he won't have to interact with the public.

I just went in to drop a package, so I can't give too much info. But in previous visits I do know they're quite fast and efficient!

I was told by this location that they do not sell stamps. My most recent experience the cashier, Annette, scorned me for not closing my package. (I thought they needed to look at it) reluctantly let me us her tape gun. She refused to tape the box closed, herself. And then told me to get out of line and write the address on it, because she would not be putting a label on it. So I waited in line AGAIN, and ended up getting the other cashier, who looked at my hand written address and slapped a label on it. I was told they were not aloud to use labels by the first lady.
