It opens at 9am, but I usually can't go until 10 or 11 because they show up late, take an early lunch, and leave early. I tried going today at 3:40pm to drop off a package and they were already locked up and gone for the day. There is a Staples nearby that accepts USPS packages for next day pickup, I wouldn't waste your time and just go there instead.
