- MPMindy P4 days ago3.0The service inside the post office was fast although you have to wait in line to get a change of address card. The online site never takes my payment. I turned in the card and two weeks later still have not had my address changed. I'll try again and make sure the card is handed directly to the worker and put where it needs to go. Again. We'll see what happens. I already lost a package due to no change of address so I'm really unhappy.

The idea that their "promise" to deliver in the snow is more important than the lives of their employees, is ridiculous. When in reality, the man was bringing to light the holes in the plan for accomplishing those goals. If you are worried about protecting an image of good service? It's too late for that. Look at all of these reviews & comments. This place clearly has issues *without* the extra burden of snow. Give him his job back, and start working on a better system for inclimate weather.
- JJJohn JkaDec 30, 20253.0Last night we did not get mail based on a USPO text report that there was "No Access to Delivery Location." There was access; when I pointed this out to the manager of 45219 this morning, he said the non-delivery was because of a truck breakdown BUT there was no way for the carrier to report that which is why we received the No Access to Delivery Location. I pointed out that some change was needed because the claim of No Access to Delivery Location was wrong and did not indicate when the delivery would occur (supposedly today). Well a better statement (such as truck problem; delivery tomorrow) be developed? I doubt it, but the manager did give a clear and understandable comment on what happened.
