- LVLauren VaccarielloMar 7, 20261.0Staff should be retrained, when asked a question about a failed delivery I only asked what it meant when the mail carrier marks "No access to delivery location" and all the teller could say was "maybe it was mismarked" that's not an acceptable answer as it makes it sound like your carriers are incompetent. When I explained I wasn't asking for the maybe and just wanted to know what I meant she still could not answer and gave the maybe response. I'd would suggest a recap on what delivery failure codes are. Also the entitlement of the teller was astonishing as she couldn't answer a simple question.
