The worst post office I have ever seen, 0 costumer service, first time to see that a post office runs out of money order.

Would leave zero stars if i could. Horrible, horrible company. Lost my package. Approved my Insurance claim and then refused to give me the money and told me there was nothing they could do. Manager helped me ZERO percent and did not care to help me figure it out.

Staff should be retrained, when asked a question about a failed delivery I only asked what it meant when the mail carrier marks "No access to delivery location" and all the teller could say was "maybe it was mismarked" that's not an acceptable answer as it makes it sound like your carriers are incompetent. When I explained I wasn't asking for the maybe and just wanted to know what I meant she still could not answer and gave the maybe response. I'd would suggest a recap on what delivery failure codes are. Also the entitlement of the teller was astonishing as she couldn't answer a simple question.

Workers are very friendly, patient and willing to help. Never too crowded and plenty of parking.

Incredibly frustrating that there isn't a self serve kiosk after hours. Oakley (Paxton) is open, but hasn't package drop locked. Major pain to have to go to both to handle packages when closed.
