Zero accountability at all and if you ask for a resolution, you’ll get a supervisor who only has the ability to highlight a 1-800 number on your receipt. Use a private company for your shipping services. The supervisor actually told me to get out of his store, which is quite ironic, given the taxpayers own the USPS.
