Almost 2 months ago I mailed 5 boxes of pictures to 5 different locations. The postal worker was kind, helpful and friendly. I didn't think about it again until today. She arrived at my house to give me the decorative box I left behind, and I live in Milford ! She told me she would have brought it sooner but had surgery. She had left a note on it in case I returned. She is my hero!

A first rate experience. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and had me on my way in relatively no time.

I would give this post office zero stars that were possible. I contacted the Blue Ash Post Office to report that a USPS delivery vehicle drove off the road and created a deep rut/gouge in the lawn in front of our mailbox during delivery. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to look into it Megan called me back and was dismissive and argumentative about the situation. I was simply trying to report property dame caused by a delivery vehicle so it could be addressed. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility was extremely disappointing. So I want to apologize to her if I sounded frustrated. I’ve lived here almost 30 years and have always appreciated our carriers. I’m just hoping we can find a simple solution because the delivery truck created a pretty deep rut by the mailbox. We've lived here for over 30 years and only once did I call the post office to request a repair for the same kind of thing and they came out and put some dirt there- This time, when I called the Sycamore/Blue Ash station to ask if someone could simply bring a small amount of dirt to level the area, I was told they would not assist and that my mailbox was ‘too far from the road,’ even though every mailbox on the street is positioned similarly and the carrier has delivered there for decades. The response was disappointing. After nearly three decades of reliable service as a customer, I expected at least a willingness to look at the issue or offer a reasonable solution. I will be filing a complaint and going up the ladder to the congressman but the aggravation for me to chase them down- is sad. As you can see from photos mailboxes are the same distance from the road and the mail carrier's vehicle is able to drive by others without causing an issue- Is it my political affiliation?! We have a banner on the house!

So let me get this straight - you can’t let us use your tape to tape a package shut now? Now we have to buy a roll of tape there? I’ve never been told that. This is a POST office! Is the tape budget too high now? I was told they can no longer let customers use their tape to tape something closed. Lord knows we pay $25 to ship a toothpick these days! This is insane honestly!
