    The representative I worked with at the Glenway location on 4-10 was warm, kind, and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and even helped other customers during my transaction without a single bump in the process! 10/10!

    Actually the situation was that Cora came into the UPS store with an attitude. She tried to bully Ms. Minnich into free materials because Amazon is "free returns". The girl in blue glasses spoke up and explained the QR codes to her with no box / no label and Customer packed. She proceeded to tell Ms. Minnich that she was going to report (because she wasn't going to get her way.) So the ONLY employee that made any comments to her was the girl in blue glasses who told her go ahead because the cameras show that she walked in with an attitude. Then as Cora was leaving, she walked by the girl with blue glasses and said I guess I'll take my attitude and leave. And the girl in blue glasses replied "have a nice day Karen". End of story. The lady's at the UPS store are there to help. Not to be treated like dirt and talked down to and bullied because a customer can't read and comprehend their return.

    This is more about UPS in general than this specific store, but i need to voice my frustration out loud so i don’t carry it in my day to day now. The illogical way ups operates fries my beans. How in the world do you have a system where i have to wait at my house for HOURS at a time for a delivery that may or may not come? Then, they leave a sorry we missed you note, while I’m using the bathroom. I told him I’d be right there. He knocked one time, left the note and left. It took me 2 min if that to get from the bathroom to the door. No second knock, no nothing. THEN, several days later, when i finally got the driver again, the new driver told me signing the little “sorry we missed you note” does NOTHING and they still can’t leave the package even if you signed that note and left it on your door. I cannot accurately put into words how much this would’ve pissed my soul off had i missed him for the second time. Mind you, they said he’d come the next day (Saturday) never came. He waited all day. Waited all day Sunday too. Finally came Monday, OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY WINDOW!!!!! Had i left my house a minute or so earlier than i intended to i would’ve missed him again, bc he showed up over an hour before the delivery window! I advise you cancel your entire day if you’re waiting on an important package from ups. Worst delivery service EVER! Then, on top of all this.. There is no option to have the driver pivot and simply drop the package off at my nearest ups store so i can come pick it up at a convenient time for myself? This cost me several days of my life, and fried my beans more than any delivery system i ever seen! I am officially boycotting ups and may never by another iPhone from T-Mobile strictly because they use you and this bs outdated delivery system. Rather give my business to apple and amazon directly. You need to update your delivery system because this cost you guaranteed money.
