Was refused to do the return even though customer service for the product I was returning insisted that there shouldn’t be anything wrong. They were very rude with me but nice to other patrons that walked in the store which felt very unwelcoming. I was never rude to them at all. I’ve been going to other UPS locations since this experience and I’m treated with the same amount of kindness as anyone else. It costs nothing to be kind, yet to go out of your way to refuse service and be rude takes a lot more effort.
