  !!!!DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES BEING SENT THROUGH UPS TO STAPLES!!!! Even though it is supposedly a UPS access point, they gave my packages to the post office instead so they never ended up being scanned by ups. It had caused so, sooooo many problems. The tracking information was not available or updated throughout the whole ordeal. They were considered by the post office as unpaid postage and held hostage with the threat of being destroyed for non payment of shipping since it had been paid to ups. Arrived to the destinations 3 weeks past the original expected delivery date, putting me one week away from the buyers being automatically refunded and me not getting paid, as well as losing the items because, again, the post office threatened destruction of them. It was absolute hell trying to get it all sorted out so the receiver’s of the packages didn’t have to go to their local post office and pay additional shipping fees on top of what they already paid in order to receive them and for me to be paid for the items. It also put me in the position of Mercari not trying to honor the shipping protection for the orders because they were never scanned as picked up by ups and instead picked up by usps. All of this was made EVEN WORSE by the fact that the guy at this staples was a complete jerk to me when I came in to drop them off. He was incredibly rude to me after I waited in line to have them scanned and receive the drop off receipt. When it was finally my turn I said, “hi how are you today? I have these 2 packages I’m dropping off for UPS.” And all he rudely said to me was, “For future reference, take these to the other counter. Not here.” and then he tossed them on the counter behind him, gave me the receipt and started on with the person next in line behind me. I wish I could convey through text, just how crappy he said it to me and his overall attitude had been. It was a tall older white dude with glasses, i didn’t see the name tag. Anyways, this was an all around HORRIBLE experience and I’ll NEVER be back to any staples after this.

  Jordan in the print department is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. He refused to print out a simple return label for me when I've been printing them out the same way there for YEARS!!!! Michael is a gem, very helpful.

  Micheal is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is the exact example of someone that should not be the manager of a store. Multiple reviews mentioning his name and rude attitude clearly show this staples does not care about its customers. If you have any returns or issues, I’d recommend another store or just calling their online customer support
