- ETExperience TalksMar 23, 20261.0I truly wish I could give this location zero stars. As a former employee of FedEx Office, I’m honestly shocked at the level of service I experienced. The professionalism and customer care I was trained to uphold—and that my former colleagues consistently demonstrated—were completely absent here. It’s disappointing to see the brand represented this way. Here’s what happened: I came into the store with a bag of clothes and asked to purchase a box. When the employee asked what size I needed, I explained that I wasn’t sure what would fit since I was packing clothing. Instead of offering guidance, she responded, “I don’t know either, it’s your items.” That response alone was unhelpful, but when I tried to clarify that I didn’t know what box sizes were available, she pointed to the display with an obvious attitude. I selected a box, and when I asked for a tape gun—which is something typically provided to customers—she refused and told me I would need to purchase tape instead. At that point, I chose to leave and went to UPS, where tape guns were readily available for customer use. As someone who has worked for the company, I know this is not the standard. This experience was unprofessional, unhelpful, and far below what customers should expect. If you want good service go to FedEx in mason

Hated the whole experience, left with no confidence my overnight documents would actually arrive the way she was throwing it around when we finished. And to top it off, the Fed Ex truck was outside, with the driver actually THROWING packages on & off. Clearly neither gave a damn about what they were doing. I'm going back to UPS. Do better, FedEx!
