Pretty sure somebody who works there is stealing packages. The clerk is extremely rude and at best extremely incompetent. They just leave a box out on the desk for pre-labeled packaging and she openly admitted that she doesn't always scan the packages when they come in we had expensive packages go missing and all she did was scribble down the consumer affairs number and then claim repeatedly that she sends everything downtown. There is a security camera pointed right at the area where you drop off the packages. So at best the clerk doesn't do her job and scan packages only for them to be lost or let's package is sit on the counter all day while she's in the back letting people take them. Or packages aren't scanned and they're taken in the back to be opened and pilford through by the employees. DO NOT ship packages through this location!

By far the worst. This place needs to be closed. The lady that works their is rude and lazy. No reason why she has a job at a federal building. I guess USPS hire whoever.

They need more then 1 post man. If they have one it doesn't seem like it. Mail never gets at my place till 530 and sometimes he doesn't even come. How is that? You're suppose to get mail 6 days a week and its like I'm getting it 3 days a week. I've never seen such a slow post man ever. They need to hire more help.
