It opens at 9am, but I usually can't go until 10 or 11 because they show up late, take an early lunch, and leave early. I tried going today at 3:40pm to drop off a package and they were already locked up and gone for the day. There is a Staples nearby that accepts USPS packages for next day pickup, I wouldn't waste your time and just go there instead.

Doors locked, counter screen pulled, seemed like no one was there. I get people trying to come in after closing time, and going to lock the doors 1, 2, or even 5 minutes early, but 12 minutes beforehand? It may have been longer since there were people there before me; there were still people coming in to park and drop off packages when I left. If there was some kind of emergency and closing occurred earlier than normal business hours, there should at least be a sign.
