- JJJenFeb 5, 20261.0Rude staff & subpar service. I only go here when I’m in a pinch but even then I tend to regret making that decision. Recently walked in with a prepaid package but needed the QR code scanned. The worker (Bill) was immediately annoyed to see I had walked in (I was the only customer) and continued to tell me to just go to the self service kiosk. I tried to explain I needed him to scan the QR code for the label but I ended up just leaving & scheduling a home pickup (I’ll print the label at work, I guess) because I felt he was so disrespectful. Maybe it was because I came in at 5pm but they close at 6 and were far from busy. Either way, I will not be visiting this location again.

They left a note saying "wasn't delivered due to leaking package/damage" but you can pick up at this location. Called this location and through automated system says the package was here and ready for pickup even though it was suppose to be delivered to my address. I make a trip their to pick up package and after talking with 3 staff members proceeded by the manage I get "it's not here, must have been sent back to amazon". Well when and how was I suppose to know that. Now I can't get a refund from Amazon as I don't have the package to send back. You just cost me a bunch of money and I'm not happy about it!
