The guy at the counter really wanted to help us but his boss, the rude black lady is just too lazy to do her job. She should not be in government service! Note: this is still 10AM on a Saturday.

This is getting ridiculous. I keep spending money on the same thing and I never received my packages.... I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, I tracked it and it was supposed to be here and delivered by 11:59 a.m. according to the website, which I was home all day (I don't work) and there was no package delivered not at my mailbox not at my door..... All three of these packages have been big enough to fit in my mailbox. This is getting ridiculous something has to give.... Somebody needs to be retrained or something.... I walked to the mailbox just a few minutes ago just to see if anybody had had it in their mailbox and they sat it on top... Because it's not their package and this is what I find... The back of different mailboxes are just wide open and the only person who can open these is with a key which is the mailman. Something has to give. This needs to be addressed immediately. Messing with peoples mail is a federal offense......which you already know that. So why am I seeing mailboxs open like they were. Do better people.
