- MSMark Stegman4 days ago1.0I had a very important letter to send from Downtown to Evanston, a few miles. I requested overnight. The nice lady at the counter informed me that overnight will take two days, and I might as well send it priority mail, which will take two days and save 20$, she said. That was wrong. The letter I wanted overnighted on Monday is now in North Carolina on Thursday, still undelivered. It's on me, I should have insisted on overnight, but the bad review is for the bad advice.

- EBEric BrunsDec 23, 20251.0This is by far the WORST postal facility running. I’m not sure how it has not been under more scrutiny at this point. I have to send monthly mail to Cincinnati, OH since July 2025. Thus far they have lost 4 mail pieces and the others have been delayed for weeks at a time. Those currently in chargé need to all lose their jobs at this point and start fresh - this crew ain’t it! Heed the reviews because they are spot on this place is HORRENDOUS!

This was a Birthday gift & now the USPS has added 3 days & still not delivered!! This particular post Office has been shipping mail to other states when there docks are full so they get mail off the docks so supervisors get there bonuses! This is totally Selfish! This is my mail “Not yours” & I bet the Supervisor gets there mail delivered on time but not my mail Why. The fact you did this to me again & again & again. Now im extremely upset & im going over all your heads To the Government!!!!
