I’ve called multiple times and can’t get ahold of anybody. I called corporate and they called back today saying that packages are constantly going missing at this exact location. It’s definitely theft, and so disappointing. Edit ***** the seller just got off the phone with them, they said they shipped it off to Puerto Rico. What in the world. I’ll never be seeing that package I guess 😭
