- DGDoc GalahanSep 10, 20251.0They refused to pick up items from my work location. The mail carrier made a visit to my office just to dress me down for making them pick up packages. Kind of your job. Everyone else delivers and picks up here. Not sure why I should assume the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE doesn't pick up there, when their own online form accepted the pick up. Yeah this place horrible and that mail carrier needs to take some empathy classes or see a therapist.

They let my outgoing mail (that are the few bills that I still have to pay by check) sit in my mailbox for however long they feel like it, EVEN THOUGH they come to my freaking house to deliver my mail! Yes! The red flag is UP! Which I thought was supposed to mean you had outgoing mail, but evidently I’m confused. So, thank you Mt. Healthy post office for making me late on my bills! It’s super appreciated!
- MMMar218100Mar 22, 20161.0Absolutely horrible customer service,,,tracked packages do not arrive and are not scanned at the door as required. Numerous times outgoing mail is not taken from box. Tracked packages may not arrive but carrier will claim the packages have been delivered. Any complaints to the Mt Healthy office are not dealt with in a timely manner I called 5 times and was told they would call back but no calls were received when I inquire to why no one called back I was lied to by the supervisor. The supervisor basically said she talked to the carrier who claimed he personally handed me a tracked package which he did not and said there was a discrepancy in the stories inferring I was lying. Horrible customer service BEWARE...get insurance for any tracked packages...because they will lose it and blame the customer.
