- MTMakena TurnerNov 17, 20251.0Went in today to ship two packages, the website wasn’t allowing me to print my labels. I walked up to the front lady and she was very rude. I asked her to print me a label and she responded “Do you think I stand up here and print everyone’s label?” And then proceed to yell, I decided I was leaving and she said “Yeah gone head and leave.” Very disgusting, not professional. And then she proceeded to talk smack to the other people in line.

The one thing I asked was why do you deliver mail and no name on mailbox. Mortified. These ppl have given me problems since 2022 .in May Norwood post office closed my case the next day saying we're sorry??? I had package to big for mailbox and it was supposed to be? Mail man took or new person that moved in before I had moved.never had problems mailman he practically ran when I seen him .never seen him before.I am not happy first iPhone was 1579.00 second package was 100. Plus insurance 22.00 third package denied and closed case insurance about 2500.00 items of mine been missing so now im file complaint.

I have no doubt we're losing mail since it's not placed securely in the container. I have registered a formal complaint about this - but the situation has not changed. How hard is this job? Utterly incompetent.

The post was busy that morning. The person could not have been nicer to everyone. I would recommend this post office anytime. I have actually been to post offices in Downtown Cincinnati, Madeira and Northern Kentucky in the past two years and had courteous service at all of them
- BPBao PhamSep 9, 20251.0I called this USPS branch today (09/08/2025) regarding my Amazon package pickup along with other packages I had requested for pickup yesterday. The lady who answered my call didn’t seem to understand my question and quickly told me to hold. While on hold, I could clearly hear her speaking to another person about me in the background before abruptly hanging up the call. This behavior is unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and clear communication. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left without any assistance or resolution. It is no surprise this branch has such poor ratings when staff act in this manner. I hope USPS takes this seriously, as customer service should be about helping—not humiliating—the people you serve.
