Totally fine I was aware. You type your zip code in and it will direct you to the USPS offices that offer the services. Going around to 5 different Cincinnati offering locations, Cin-Dayton Rd, Colerain Ave, Werk Rd, Scott St COVINGTON KY, Reading Rd, this location on Northland Blvd, had 2 front end helpers who took the time to actually provide the services the USPS offers! These 2 were determined to make sure our requests were completed. I couldn’t thank them enough, which finding a service provider that actually cared finally and took the time was heart felt and greatly appreciated. We can actually be done today after driving countless times an getting countless run arounds for the 3 orders of FBI fingerprinting background checks! These 2 actually took the initiative and hold themselves to a higher standard and there should be more people like them!
