They checked, and said I literally had no mail to deliver over a 2 week period. From management on down nobody seems to be accountable.
- WDWill DehnerFeb 3, 20261.0It's not a high bar for the level of service you experience when dealing with USPS, but this location is depressing, always understaffed, staff are clearly not trained and generally the level of service is subpar even for the post office. Today, I waited in line for 25 minutes, 8 people in front of me with no movement and the active staff member (singular) disappears for at least 15 of the minutes I waited. Absolute terrible service. I ultimately decided to leave and drive to nearby post office location and walked right in and immediate service with a smile.

The people are not helpful at all when you go in there in person. The kiosk for stamps is also broken all of the time. They need to quit wasting tax dollars on this "Service"
