There was access; when I pointed this out to the manager of 45219 this morning, he said the non-delivery was because of a truck breakdown BUT there was no way for the carrier to report that which is why we received the No Access to Delivery Location. I pointed out that some change was needed because the claim of No Access to Delivery Location was wrong and did not indicate when the delivery would occur (supposedly today). Well a better statement (such as truck problem; delivery tomorrow) be developed? I doubt it, but the manager did give a clear and understandable comment on what happened.

Literally EVERY time I have a package delivered here they do not knock on the door, they do not leave a notice for the attempt, and I have to drive all the way from Northside to pick up my package. They're taking money to provide the service of delivering a package to a location and not providing that service. Instead they force the customer to spend time and gas money to drive to the post office. I wish this whole office would go away. We've waited by the door and mail was dropped into our slot, ran out asking the carrier about our package and they do not have it, it's still at the office despite being marked out for delivery. We've also have multiple packages simply vanish, not ever being found, thus costing the seller who made the mistake of sending it via USPS money. If I could never use this office for anything I would, but USPS forces this to be the only office we can use.
