He truly should have been dismissed from USPS due to his reign of terror, rudeness, ineptitude, and demeanor for customers using this postal station. Tom's lack of knowledge and personality issues resulted in hours of problems for me as a customer. Tom made Oakley 45209 a place to avoid for USPS services.
