Becky rolled her eyes before I could even speak. When my letter was a sliver over the 1/4 inch limit, rather than help, she sorted through some envelopes and ignored me. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and had a very negative demeanor from the beginning. I’ve never had a worse experience with someone in customer service and I’ve never had to complain before but this experience was awful. I’d steer clear.

I find it a coincidence that the same thing happened to me and I did not get the lady’s name but she also shook and began to mash my box ! I was livid because I told her the contents were fragile (handcrafted greeting card) and she still started shaking the box even though I told her there was no glass or anything like that inside. where do they find such rude people to serve the public? If you have to go make it your last desparate option!
