Becky rolled her eyes before I could even speak. When my letter was a sliver over the 1/4 inch limit, rather than help, she sorted through some envelopes and ignored me. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and had a very negative demeanor from the beginning. I’ve never had a worse experience with someone in customer service and I’ve never had to complain before but this experience was awful. I’d steer clear.

Becky, the worker, then quizzed me on whether I really had a book in the package. She then stated that they have a right to open up the box and check it and she started shaking the box. She then asked me again if I had a book in the box as if she didn't believe me in the slightest. Rudest postal worker I have ever met.
