- KFKarwanda FullerFeb 22, 20261.0I had an ongoing issue with my PO Box that was not properly set up or processed in the system. As a result, mail was being marked undeliverable even though the address information was correct. I was not initially notified that there was a setup or system issue, which caused important mail to be returned. This directly impacted a money order situation, and it ultimately took over a month to receive a refund. After finally being issued the refund money order, I was told by staff that I could cash it at the post office. However, when I returned the next day, I was told to come back later (around 11 or 12) because they did not have enough cash in the drawer. The overall experience was frustrating due to inconsistent communication, lack of clear explanation about the PO Box setup issue, and the need to make multiple trips to resolve something that should have been straightforward. I hope management reviews PO Box setup procedures and improves communication so other customers do not experience !! I will never do business at this location again !!

They remember my daughter and always take a moment to chat. Yes, the parking lot is a nightmare. Yes, when there are passport applications being accepted, things slow w-a-y down. But, the customer service is incomparable. If they'd only let them bring back the radio, it would be perfect.
