This post office is, without a doubt, the worst I have encountered. Having lived in Bridgetown for over 13 years, I’ve experienced the frustration of having as many as 13 packages go undelivered, and every time I file a claim, it gets denied. I worked here briefly as a city mail carrier for less than three weeks before realizing that management's incompetence made it impossible to stay. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Just last week, I had a package marked out for delivery at 7:06 AM, but it never arrived, package was marked ready for pickup at 7:00 PM, yet no redelivery slip was left for me to reschedule. When I went to the Westwood location to retrieve my package, the clerk was not only unhelpful but also rude, telling me to step aside without any assistance. Package was missing and couldn't explain or account for why it was marked as a pickup. I requested to speak with Angelina, the postmaster, and John, the supervisor, came out. He took my number and tracking information, promising to call me. Five days went by with no communication. Finally, on Friday, I received a call from Angelina, but instead of assistance, she interrogated me like I was a suspect. Her dismissive attitude was unacceptable. She assured me she would investigate the missing package and call me back, but it has been four days since that conversation, and I’ve yet to hear from her. The inspector general really needs to take a hard look at this location, the postmaster Angelina is a joke!!!!

Was very nice and clean when entering and the attendant was as helpful as she could be since my baby ripped the label off my package. They have a convenient dropoff thing for packages with labels. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and very easy to use

I have never ever complained USPS before but this office is incompetent and makes me want to move out of the neighborhood. My last three packages weren't delivered (and I don't order things often, that's over the course of 6 months) and I had to go into the office each time to tell them just leave them on my doorstep because I have neighbors who will bring things inside for me and they always say they'll make a note of it and then it happens again. These are packages that are worth barely any money as well. But so much worse than that, my partner put our mail on hold while we were out of town for a couple weeks and when we came back they had no record of our mail being on hold and couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything to find it. My partner is waiting on her Ohio ID so that she can register to vote and now it's lost and they can't (or won't) do anything to track it down. They literally lost our government documents and are not assisting us in any way even though that's their mistake and who knows what other important documents they may have lost. I just cannot believe the level of incompetence that I have experienced trying to use this post office. Unbelievable. People should go anywhere else and just avoid this place.
