The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. Then back to the other customers and back to me and so forth. A helpful and hard worker for sure. Thanks again Feruza
