Now my daughter failed to get a receipt with tracking info but also the employee failed to give her one. So now her iPhone 15 is no where to be found. T mobile never received it and it has been over a month. So we went in numerous times trying to get this figured out with no help... both gentlemen working the 2 times we went in wasn't helpful at all and was beyond rude...to the point I had to call the cops, and file a report. I believe the employee stole it because where is it??
