  During my recent visit to The UPS Store, I had a very smooth and positive experience. I went in to drop off a package for shipment, and the entire process was quick and efficient. As soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged, which made the environment feel welcoming and organized. The staff member who assisted me was respectful, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The transaction itself was handled quickly without feeling rushed. They scanned my package, confirmed everything that needed to be done, and made sure I was good to go before I left. I appreciated how straightforward the process was. There was no confusion or unnecessary delay, and I was in and out within just a few minutes. What stood out to me most was the respectful interaction. Even though it was a simple drop-off, the staff maintained a positive and courteous attitude. That kind of professionalism makes a difference, especially when customers are just trying to complete a quick errand. Overall, the store felt organized, efficient, and customer-focused.   Had the worst experience recently I had a cell phone order I was supposed to pick up after work I had gotten the email saying my phones were ready for pick up and I needed to bring ID when I arrived I was told by the clerk that my package had already been picked up of course I was highly irritated that not only was my phones from TMobile not there but the person they gave my phones to didn’t have ID this of course started a back and forth with the manager it got so ugly the police was called on me and then I was trespassed I will never spend another dime with Colerain UPS how do you give IPhones to someone without asking for ID thank God TMobile fixed this by giving me two new phones and I’m sure they’ll go after UPS just the most horrible experience I’ve ever been through smgdh.

  Elise, the sales associate in the store made me feel welcome, was very kind and understood the situation I was in and the need for getting my package sent out.
