Ya que me estaba mudando, me dijeron que el costo de las cajas dependía del peso/libra. Compré 2 cajas de las más grande, cada una con un precio de 25$. Que me pareció caro. Empaquete y deje a mi hijo encargado de enviarme los paquetes. El envío salió de esa oficina el día 07/09/2025 para ser entregado el día 07/14/2025 y la entrega de una sola caja me llegó el día 07/15/2025 en muy mal estado, deteriorado, roto. La otra caja no llegó. Mi hijo se llegó hasta la oficina donde se realizó el el envío, la respuesta fue que espera que se fue en transporte diferente. Pasaron los días y no llegó la caja, se volvió a ir a la oficina y la respuesta fue simple. Que no sabían que había pasado y que sino llegaba que hicieran el reclamo y se daría un reembolso del envío y 100$ por el valor de caja, sin agregar los 25$ que costó. Se esperó unos días más. Y dijeron que hicieran el reclamo por la página porque la caja se había perdido. Una caja con un valor de más de 2000$. No mencionó una aseguranza. Lo fácil fue decir que se perdió. Estoy llena de impotencia con tanta irresponsabilidad. Si esto lo lee un supervisor de esas tiendas traté de comprender y colocarse en el lugar de las personas, que uno piensa que UPS es una empresa responsable. Ya se hizo el reclamo el lunes de esta semana pero aún entro en rastrear paquete con la esperanza de qué aparezca
