The staff is so inconsiderate. They are very rude and not professional at all. There is a guy who answered my phone and does not even have any basic information for my query regarding one of my packages. This is so ridiculous!

This location is closest to my house so unfortunately I come here to drop off or do returns quite often. Similar to what other reviewers have mentioned, the man who works this location is rude and unprofessional. I have gotten yelled at several times (for placing my box on the counter, having more than one return, etc.) and am always made to feel like I’m being a bother for simply using their services. If you’re in a rush or appreciate kind customer service, I wouldn’t bother with this location.

I hate this location. The guy that owns I believe has 0 customer services, talks to people like they’re dumb, and is unpleasant to deal with something as simple as an Amazon return. Amazing that the return machine hasn’t worked for what, 3 months? No I don’t want to talk to you at the desk, it was a miserable interaction the first time. Gladly drove 10 minutes in the opposite direction to have a pleasant interaction with anybody else. EDIT: Looks like I’m clearly not the only one. When will this change?? If someone is so unprofessional and so unfriendly, why in the world is he still here and still so untrained?!

Bobby is so nice, helpful and quick!!! Never makes me feel bad for having so many returns either! I pass two closer UPS locations just because I like this one more! Thanks, Bobby! You’re the best!!!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I dropped off a packaged to be shipped. I already had a label printed. The employee working/manager at the location scanned it in and gave me my receipt. I dropped it on a Wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered Friday. Today (Monday), I look to see where it is and my tracking still states that it was dropped off at UPS store but not in transit. When I called the store, the employee/manager said that in the system it was "in transit" and that I needed to call customer service at UPS to locate it. When I called UPS customer service, they told me the same thing that I could see in the system - that it was not "in transit" and that UPS clearly doesn't have my package in route. I called the store back and asked if maybe it didn't get picked up and if he wouldn't mind looking for it (he refused). He tried to tell me that it was picked up by the UPS driver at the exact same time that I dropped the package off (it was not as there was no delivery driver in the store when I picked it up). When I called him out on the lie, the manager became incredibly rude and told me that it was picked up and in "Sharonville" and that he has nothing to do with it. When I told him that if it was picked up and scanned by another location then it would have a different timestamp than the receipt that he physically gave me. He became aggressive and rude on the phone and when asked to speak with his superior, he said there was no one else. This manager is lying to his customers and refusing to help when it is clearly his fault! I will NEVER be returning! EDIT TO ADD AFTER OWNER REPLY: It is physically impossible for the package to have been scanned in at Sharonville and at YOUR LOCATION at the EXACT SAME TIME. The receipt that I have says 2:49PM...which is what time you say that its in Sharonville. A package cannot be in two places at once.
