Similar to what other reviewers have mentioned, the man who works this location is rude and unprofessional. I have gotten yelled at several times (for placing my box on the counter, having more than one return, etc.) and am always made to feel like I’m being a bother for simply using their services. If you’re in a rush or appreciate kind customer service, I wouldn’t bother with this location.

Amazing that the return machine hasn’t worked for what, 3 months? No I don’t want to talk to you at the desk, it was a miserable interaction the first time. Gladly drove 10 minutes in the opposite direction to have a pleasant interaction with anybody else. EDIT: Looks like I’m clearly not the only one. When will this change?? If someone is so unprofessional and so unfriendly, why in the world is he still here and still so untrained?!
