I asked to have the product insured for the value of the contents which I said 3500$ I took it to this location only to later find out the insurance value was not added. I have spent 30 hours on the phone and 7 weeks. Package was stolen by the driver. I get 126$ instead of the 3059$ all because a clerk at this store did not do his job. — Update still a one star. Renee from this store called me saying she was going to handle this and make it her mission. Sent her all the stuff over. Then she talked about how she was going to be my advocate. Then ghosted. I am filing a class action on ups at this point Includes shows Renee not responding or following up. Sent her a message once every week no reply. My package was asked to be insured. It wasn’t as requested now I’m out 3k
