    Every time I return items to this location it is an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately this is the most convenient location for me to make returns so, I keep going back for that reason only. The employees there are not polite if you dare to inconvenience them. I’ve seen them treat a wide range of customers terribly if they don’t have the correct code, return “too many items” and don’t use the kiosk (which happened today to me even though there’s no sign saying if you have X amount of items you need to use the kiosk), have trouble using the kiosk, the list could go on and on. It’s a true disturbance for them to get business.. so it seems. The lack of consideration and empathy to people possibly needing help outside of “here’s my return, scan and leave” is disturbing. We want to get things returned and move on to the next task of the day too. It’s disgusting behavior that has been this way for years. There was one kind employee a few weeks ago I interacted with but his coworker was even being mean to him because he was asking her how to do something. I felt terrible for him and hope he finds a location that is kinder. He still remained kind to the customer who was working and when he got to me he was kind and quick with my return. Didn’t even miss a beat which made me think he must be use to that work environment. Sad. I will say, I have seen the reverse side of this too with customers also being nasty to the employees which is also unfair and just mean. Even when I felt treated wrongly today, I just chose not to respond and finish my returns quietly. I still thanked the woman who helped me and I left but I cannot stay silent on the disrespect for a business perspective. I don’t typically leave negative reviews. But if I am giving this place business by returning my items here, printing here, etc I expect basic, kind, human interaction and I would hope the manager/owner would want to know its stores quality of experience from its customers view. Good or bad.

This time, after getting the runaround from other postal offices without any insight or direction, you were the only one who took the time to ask the right questions and get my return done correctly. I wouldn’t have known it was a Happy Return without you! Thank you for going above and beyond. You deserve to be recognized!

    The employee help in returning Amazon items is fantastic. I always seem to have the wrong label or bar code on my phone and your employee fixes it for me every time. I have used the self ship counter also and it works flawlessly (when I have the right bar code on my phone, ha ha).
