The white female just stared at us and the Black female just stared at us. No one said hi, boo, bye nothing. After several seconds the white female said can I how are you, can I help you? I paused and said I'm ok. I said I don't know which counter to go to, none of you seemed to want to help me. So the male come back to his counter. He was dry with his attitude and just straight to the point in his duties. Just then, a white male walked in and the enthusiasm was all over the place. I said WOW! I wish I would have gotten that greeting when I walked in the door. It was disrespectful. The white female has NEVER shown friendliness anytime I've ever come into this location. They ALL need to have a refresher course on customer service.
