When I called the store to ask what my options were for alternative pick up the manager was already rude and bit my head off. Like, immediately. “Well, you’re talking to the manager…” (I didn’t ask to speak to a manager, they just tossed that at me first thing) No apology, just attitude and a dismissive brush off. But hey, they refunded the exorbitant price so I guess that makes it all OK. Don’t rely on this location in an emergency.

When I told the person on the phone that the package was dropped off 8 days ago, he said “it should have went out already”. I explained that tracking history that I can see shows it was never scanned and he refused to look to see if by chance it was still sitting in the store and told me it was a corporate issue…. No attempt to understand the issue or remedy the problem.
