I shipped something that had to be at the destination by Saturday and so I shipped it Overnight - and was told it would be there. It didn’t arrive until Monday and the person I shipped it to had already left so it had to be shipped back to me. I filed a claim which took an extraordinary amount of my time by the time I reached actual people. After several weeks I got a call saying my claim check was at the UPS store in Eastgate where I shipped it from originally. I picked it up today and the check amount was almost $30 less than what I had paid to ship the package. The person in the store could not explain the difference and could have cared less! I will not ship from UPS ever again!!! This is not the first time we have had issues with them! Their customer service is non existent!!! I saw the reply from the UPS Store - but it doesn't appear that they read my complaint. The claim was already filed - yet I received only 70% back of what I paid initially. That is my problem with the situation.
