- JUJessica UttingerDec 10, 20251.0Sad to say the quality of prints has gone down hill here and the service is even worse. I’ve printed documents here for years and this last time was the first time they came out unusable. I called to the store and both times waited over five minutes only to be hung up on. So I resubmitted the docs and drove over to talk about the prints right away in case it was a toner issue. The girl behind the counter could not have cared less. They treat you like you’re not even a human being. She tried to reprint and they were better but still not usable. So I asked for a refund. Been using this service for years but I won’t return. Not that they care. But hopefully this review I’ll save someone else the time and headache of dealing with these folks.

Went in and asked where their location was at and the directed me to that other side of the store only to walk over there to find no one but a sign saying their location is down. Why didn't anyone, including the manager who greeted me let me know it was down. They run the thing!
