I’ve printed documents here for years and this last time was the first time they came out unusable. I called to the store and both times waited over five minutes only to be hung up on. So I resubmitted the docs and drove over to talk about the prints right away in case it was a toner issue. The girl behind the counter could not have cared less. They treat you like you’re not even a human being. She tried to reprint and they were better but still not usable. So I asked for a refund. Been using this service for years but I won’t return. Not that they care. But hopefully this review I’ll save someone else the time and headache of dealing with these folks.
