- EEEvienne Epifano6 days ago1.0Called ahead to check if they had a specific dimension of labels and was told they did. When I arrived at the store, they did not seem to have any labels of that size. I went to customer service to ask for help. I was showing the manager a screen shot of the product I was looking for on my phone. He took my phone out of my hand and walked away with it without permission or any indication of what he was doing. He came back a minute or so later to confirm they did not actually have the product. An absolutely infuriating experience. I will not be going back to this location.

Was asked “Are you part of our rewards program?” No. “Then we don’t accept them.” When I asked what I should do with these, then, the employee said “There’s a trash can outside our door.” I was shocked! I didn’t want cash back--just wanted to recycle. So I responded that “Staples just uses this as a marketing ploy, and doesn’t care at all about recycling, correct?” Wow. How blatantly incorrect. Great job, Staples!
