She went out of her way to make sure a file that I couldn't figure out how to convert and print to a ledger size was done correctly. She saved me a lot a grief this week and can't thank her enough again. By the way this was late in the day on Labor Day when most people understanda ly wouldn't have the most positive attitude, but not her, she was such a pleasure to work with.
