    Horrible customer service. I went in and walked up to the counter because I was unsure of what to do. The ladies gave me vague directions. I went to the counter two more times to ask for clarification. I became so frustrated. I left and went to UPS a half a mile away. I was in and out of UPS within three minutes. If there a representative working in the store, I expect them to help me FedEx really let me down.

    Great experience today. Christine went out of her way to show me the features of the self printing. Then, when I was struggling she intervened and finished the job from her side of the counter. She was so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.
