- BABrandon AndersonOct 20, 20251.0I purchased my daughter 2 necklaces for daughters day and used this company to ship them to her at college.. They were supposed to be delivered the next day. After 4 days i decided to call and see what the status was because they had not been delivered.. I was told my package had been delivered but no pictures had been taken to prove package had been delivered and to file a claim and I would be reimbursed for the items and shipping.. I filed the claim and was shortly denied because I had not asked for a signature at the time of delivery.. I will not be entrusting future packages or spending my hard earned money with this company any more
