  Agree with previous reviews about horrible customer service, bad attitudes. Hated the whole experience, left with no confidence my overnight documents would actually arrive the way she was throwing it around when we finished. And to top it off, the Fed Ex truck was outside, with the driver actually THROWING packages on & off. Clearly neither gave a damn about what they were doing. I'm going back to UPS. Do better, FedEx!

  Stay away from this place if possible, the employee the white old lady is one of the worst that a person can find in a customer service. She is a rude glosser and doesn't want to help you at all. Yesterday I went to pick up copies that I had sent by mail and I still didn't even finish explaining to her when she was already yelling at me that the copies were not delivered until after 24 hours, which is a lie because I have always sent them and they are ready the same day. I hope the manager of this location will take into account the reviews of his customers and fire this woman and hire really qualified personnel to serve their customers.

  I had a horrible experience at FedEx in western hills.The employees were not helpful at all and acted very unprofessionally. They clearly need to be trained in proper customer service. My husband also noticed one Caucasian employee looking at me and my five-year-old child in a very nasty and uncomfortable way, which made the situation even worse.And the African American lady just walked off without communicating anything to me about the label a sent to their email to print When my husband tried to address there behavior and unprofessionalism, they became defensive. If you do not want to work with people, you should not be in customer service. These employees are a direct representation of your company. This store customer service is zero stars!

  They don't want to help nobody and they don't even be busy this is why the FedEx in Clifton will always be the best FedEx.... I'm here waiting to use self service and the machines been tied up for 10 minutes the store clerk just standing like she really could assist but choosing not to I really wish y'all get ppl that really want to work and ready to accommodate customers to full abilit... Booooooo FedEx in Western hills

  I am a regular customer at Fedex and I'm always warm and respectful when I come in. Usually the employees are very friendly here, but today, when I walked in the door, the woman lied to me and said she was closing in 3 minutes which would have been 6:48pm. What I needed to do was small, but she was very rude. I rushed out, without cutting my small project, because she was so intense. When I got to the car, I realized they were still open for another 8 minutes. I saw someone else go in, so I went back in to try to finish cutting something small and she told me she is closing in 1 and a half minutes, even though I had just looked at the clock. If she had left me alone, I could have been in and out well before 7pm, when they advertise that they close. It was a very unpleasant experience that caused me to make terrible cuts and ruin part of my project because she was rushing me. Totally unnecesary & terrible customer service from this particularly grumpy employee. As it was, she locked the door 2 minutes early.
