- ZWZar WattsOct 17, 20252.0I am a regular customer at Fedex and I'm always warm and respectful when I come in. Usually the employees are very friendly here, but today, when I walked in the door, the woman lied to me and said she was closing in 3 minutes which would have been 6:48pm. What I needed to do was small, but she was very rude. I rushed out, without cutting my small project, because she was so intense. When I got to the car, I realized they were still open for another 8 minutes. I saw someone else go in, so I went back in to try to finish cutting something small and she told me she is closing in 1 and a half minutes, even though I had just looked at the clock. If she had left me alone, I could have been in and out well before 7pm, when they advertise that they close. It was a very unpleasant experience that caused me to make terrible cuts and ruin part of my project because she was rushing me. Totally unnecesary & terrible customer service from this particularly grumpy employee. As it was, she locked the door 2 minutes early.
