  It's too bad I cannot give this location negative stars! I have had them print my Christmas letter on paper that I supplied for literally decades, This year was a nightmare. The paper that I had (which I purchased elsewhere) has a definite top and bottom. They printed a test copy for me. It was fine. Then they loaded the rest of the paper and started to print. They printed upside down - wasting the paper and leaving me without the possibility of having enough copies. I was so frustrated, I left. Fortunately, they did not try to charge me for this mess. I returned later to request compensation for the paper that was ruined. I was told that they don't do that. There's always a chance that it would happen. BULL! A chance? It had to be the error of the operator. Mistakes happen, but so does taking responsibility. This doesn't sound professional to me. This was not a proper response. I do not use the self-serve printers because I trust them to do it correctly. I ended up going to a different location to print them in black and white instead of using my colored paper that I chose. This is no tragedy, but very disappointing. Needless to say, this is my last experience with this location. It was irresponsible not to admit their mistake and make an effort to compensate me for the ruined paper. They did offer to reprint in color using the good copy I had, but it is too late. I already used the black and white copies. This was not a solution. "We're sorry" doesn't come close to decent customer service. There are plenty of stores from which I can chose. Needless to say, I will never take any of my business to this location. I am not willing to take the chance that they will be so inept. The manager looked me in the eye and said that "sometimes this happens" and "did you buy the paper here?" That is insufficient and downright crazy.. I suggest everyone go elsewhere, too.

  Ben and Abby were exceptional. Ben especially was really helpful in printing a few resumes and was super patient. Really great store

  The entire staff at this location is terrific. Ben is great. He greets you by name, provides options to your printing project, delivers on time and returns a quality project that exceeds expectations. Amanda and Abby are exceptional too. Always pleasant and helpful on both personal printing and professional printing projects. You have an “A Team” at this location.
