- LLLT88_Sep 1, 20251.0I have more issues with FedEx than any other delivery carrier. It seems like they don’t even care about the bad customer service. Then to make matters worse, they use these third party drivers that don’t even bother to read the label on the box to ensure they even have the correct address. Then trying to talk with live agent is impossible because the automated system won’t let you even get through. Now brings me to going to the store for assistance. I understand there is limited ability on what they can do but at least provide some type of guidance or some type of customer service. Obviously a missing package can be distressing and you act like you couldn’t care less or don’t even want to be there. This company continues to get worse.
